Urgent Expropriation has been declared in Sur district by a cabinet decision.

Curfew has been declared in 18 villages and neighbourhoods in Silvan district of Diyarbakır province as of 11 a.m. this morning.

Three soldiers have been killed in Sur district of Diyarbakır and İdil district of Şırnak under curfew. The soldiers will be laid to rest after the ceremonies held today (February 22).
