ECtHR appeal by family of Mahsum Mızrak, who was shot to death in his head by gas cartridge fired in a police attack in Diyarbakır 10 years ago has been concluded; Turkey has been fined to pay compensation for violating right to life.

Detained on suspicion of “RedHack” membership, 12 suspects have been asked of RedHack’s Twitter accounts in the prosecution questioning. Hacking of Minister Albayrak’s e-mails haven’t been asked. Six people have been released.

Stating that RedHack members who were taken into custody in the investigation into the hacker organization have not been told what they were charged with, attorney Fırat Durak has noted that the detainees were being exposed to systematic torture and the police were trying to create evidence.

The attorneys who are not allowed to see their clients based on the State of Emergency and Statutory Decrees have started a protest to be able to see their clients or make official applications. They have been taken into custody.

Attorney Yürekli has said they demanded the Constitutional Court that the PKK Leader Öcalan be retried on the ground of the act passed in 2013 but the court telling it doesn’t try suits antecedent to 2012, and that they have appealed to the ECtHR.

Medical Forensic Institution has confirmed that the bones found in excavation works in Dargeçit belong to 13-year-old Davut Altınkaynak and 16-year-old Nedim Akyön.

Journalist Hilmi Hacaloğlu has been hindered by police in Kilis where he went for shooting, he was told that he can’t shoot without permission of the Governorship. Hacaloğlu told that there is an intense fear atmosphere in the city.

Another woman imprisoner has been taken near Fadık Adıyaman who has started hunger strike for being kept by herself in Tekirdağ Type T Closed Prison. Both women saying they are being “kept in lockdown” have went out on hunger strike.
