With Syrian refugees on board, boat capsizes off the coast of Crete Island
Heading for Italy, a boat carrying around 45 Syrian refugees capsized off the coast of Greece’s Crete Island. Running out of fuel, the boat reportedly capsized due to bad weather conditions. The search and rescue efforts are still ongoing.
