The boat carrying refugees sailing towards Greece's Lesbos Island has sunk offshore Ayvacık district of Çanakkale province. While 27 people have been rescued, 14 people including seven children have lost their lives, according to initial findings.
More than 300,000 people arrived on Lesbos Island within this year.
Over 3,000 refugees have lost their lives in Mediterranean and Aegean trying to cross into Europe in 2015. (ÇT/TK)
