Number of Casualties in Collapsed Building in Kartal Increases to 21
Minister of Interior Soylu has announced that 21 people in total have lost their lives in the collapsed building in Kartal, İstanbul. Minister of Environment and Urbanization Kurum has stated that sea sand was used in the construction of the building.
