"We do not ask for mercy, we want justice"
Workers' Health and Safety Council organized an event for "April 28, Day of Mourning to Commemorate Workers who were Murdered in Workplaces". The final declaration of the meeting was as follows:
* April 28 should be formally adopted as "National Day of Mourning to Commemorate Workers who were Murdered in Workplaces"
* The bosses do not even condole with the families of died workers, moreover they have threatening, accusatory, and callous attitude towards them. They just pay the related compensation and finish the judicial process. This clenches the system and causes to new workplace murders.
* Path of law is blocked by both the state and the capital. Due to biased expert reports, justice mechanism cannot function correctly. As a result of the legal struggle, the responsible people must be brought to book and this can only be achieved with the increased public pressure and struggle of the street.
