The Constitutional Court has concluded that the access block imposed on Sendika.org news website by the Telecommunications Communication Presidency (TİB) on July 25, 2015 has violated freedom of expression.

The access block on the Odatv news site has similarities with the censorship of Wikipedia as the internet law functioned as a mechanism of censorship in both cases, according to the law professor.
