23 journalists entered the month of July in prison. 15 new cases were filed based on the TMK in April-June 2014; 38 people were convicted in total to 2 months 15 days in prison and 277,400 TL in fines for insulting the Prime Minister. 54 reporters were attacked. The ECHR gave a penalty of 160,000 TL in fines.
