Clashes have taken place in Kayapınar district of Turkey's southeastern Diyarbakır province as security forces raided the house where ISIS members stay, which left two police and seven ISIS members dead, and four other police officers wounded.
According to the news on state-run Anadolu news Agency, an operation was launched by Diyarbakır District Police Department teams against a house where ISIS members stayed.
Two police died and four others wounded in the conflict as a consequence of the bomb planted by ISIS members exploding.
Wounded police officers have been taken to Dicle University Medical Faculty for treatment.
Seven ISIS members killed, 12 detained
Diyarbakır Governorate has expressed that "police officers Gökhan Çakıcı and Sadık Özkan seven ISIS members have been martyred in the clash occurred in the simultaneous operations organized against a large number of houses and workplaces to seize DAEŞ (ISIS) terror organization members. In the ongoing conflict five security officers wounded and their treatment has resumed in the hospital where they were taken.
