Conflict in Batman: 2 Soldiers Lose Their Lives
Two soldiers have lost their lives in a conflict that erupted between security forces and PKK members in Kozluk, Batman.

Two soldiers have lost their lives during an operation launched against the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Kozluk, Batman.
In a statement issued by Batman Governorship, it was stated that an operation was launched by Provincial Gendarmerie Commandership teams against the PKK in district of Kozluk at around 3:40 a.m.
Two soldiers were severely injured as a result of PKK members shooting during the operation.
Taken to Kozluk State Hospital on ambulances, the two soldiers lost their lives despite all efforts.
Two other soldiers lost their lives too on August 12
An explosive planted by the PKK members was detonated during drive by of a military troop on August 12.
