5 People Including Kaos GL Founder Erol, Reporter Tekin Released
Detained as part of the investigation launched into social media posts about Afrin operation, Tekin, Erez, Erol, Kurt and Akbay have been released on probation.

Detained in Ankara on February 2, Seyri Sokak reporter and documentary director Sibel Tekin, literature critic Emek Erez, Kaos GL founder activist Ali Erol, Union of Agriculture and Forestry Line of Service Chairperson Hamit Kurt, and Figen Yüksekdağ's advisor Songül Akbay have been released on probation.
Kamera Sokak shared the news on Twitter. Standing trial at 5th Criminal Judgeship of Peace in capital Ankara, Tekin, Erez, Erol, Kurt and Akbay were released on probation with an international travel ban.
The five figures were detained on February 2 due to their social media posts about offensive into on Afrin, Syria. (EA/TK)
