Democratic Society Party Submits Bill To Remove The Obstacles Before Kurdish
The Democratic Society Party (DTP) submitted a bill to the Parliament to remove the legal and constitutional obstacles the Kurdish language is facing. The DTP deputies also directed a formal question at the Prime Minister to find out if they have such plans.

Private Radio To Broadcast Non-Musical Program In Kurdish
The Supreme Council of Radio and Television (RTÜK) gives permission to the FM 49 radio to do non-musical broadcasting by allowing a health program aired in Kurdish. However, the radio is waiting for a politically more suitable period to do the broadcasting.

Turkish State TV To Broadcast In Kurdish
The TRT8 of the Turkish State Television will start broadcasting in Kurdish on January 1. But no regulation explaining how this will be done exists yet.
