Prime Suspect Samast: 'The Headlines are Guilty, not Me'
In a letter written to court, triggerman suspect of the Dink murder, Ogün Samast, stated, "I am not guilty. Guilty are the headlines that showed Dink as a traitor". Dink family lawyer Belen commented, "Samast talked with the voice of the ones who instigated him to this murder".

First Hearing of Prime Suspect at Juvenile Court
The prosecution of Ogün Samast, one of the prime suspects in the murder case of Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink, started on 28 February at a juvenile court in Istanbul. Samast's request for a closed session was rejected. Nine of Dink's relatives were accepted as co-plaintiffs.

"Files of Triggerman Suspect and Main Trial Should be Re-merged"
The National Intelligence Agency informed the court that Dink was warned in a "semi-official appointment" at the Istanbul Governorship. The joint lawyers of the Dink family will apply to re-merge the files of prime suspect Samast and of the main trial.
