Thinking about Halide’s case amid debates on İstanbul Convention

I have been thinking about Halide since the day when İstanbul Convention was opened to debate in Turkey. Halide was killed and the male perpetrator got his prison sentence reduced. Because İstanbul Convention was not fully implemented.
