‘Report Says That Police Officer Fired with His Head Tilted to Right, It Means Aiming’
The lawyers of Elvan family have indicated that the expert report prepared by the Gendarmerie has documented that the defendant police officer fired the tear gas canister with his head tilted to the right, which means that he fired by taking aim.

Examination Conducted in Elvan Case, Expert Report Not Prepared in Ayvalıtaş Case
Examination has been conducted at the scene of incident where Berkin Elvan died after being shot with a tear gas canister during Gezi resistance. In the case of Ayvalıtaş, who died in the same period, the court has given 15 days for expert report.

In the case of Berkin Elvan, who died after being shot with a tear gas canister during Gezi Park protests in 2013, the court has ruled that an examination shall be conducted at the scene of incident. Defendant police officer has not been arrested again.
