Deaths by armored vehicle crashes ‘not a coincidence, but result of a planned practice’

The İzmir branches of three law and rights organizations have staged a protest for Abdulgaffar Dayan, who lost his life after being hit by an armored vehicle in Şırnak’s Cizre. They have recalled that 18 people have died in such crashes in 4 years.
