Women's organizations reacted to the detention of bianet Women and LGBTİ+ editor, Journalists Union of Turkey (TGS) workplace representative Evrim Kepenek and T24 editor Sibel Yükler.

Today journalists Evrim Kepenek and Sibel Yükler, both making the voices of the women and LGBTI+ heard were taken into custody!...Free press cannot be silenced! #GazetecilikSuçDeğildir (Journalism is not a crime)
