Vice PM Yalçın Akdoğan responded to Kurdish Delegation on the Resolution member Sırrı Süreyya Önder’s claim that they discussed autonomy and amnesty issues with the Turkish government.
“We absolutely didn’t discuss the issues of autonomy [to Kurdish regions] and amnesty,” he said.
Akdoğan denied the allegations via twitter.
What happened?
Önder made a statement yesterday, claiming that they have hold talks on what concerned the basic rights and certain constitution amendments including the issue of autonomy.
“Those who say on the first day that the justice was done, on the second day they claim it was all conspiracy and restart trial process. It is the most effective way to reconcile with the people victimized by the state and traumas that were caused due to the government desires from these,” Önder said regarding the possibility of an amnesty in Turkey.
