Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) have issued a statement and announced that two soldiers have lost their lives in Afrin in an explosion caused by an improvised explosive device. In the statement, it has been indicated that the explosion took place during a search activity conducted in the city yesterday (March 26).

According to the statement of the TAF, since January 20, 2018, when the "Operation Olive Branch" was launched with the support of the Free Syrian Army (FSA), 51 soldiers have lost their lives. (ŞA/SD)
