Urfa 2nd Criminal Court of Peace revoked the decision blocking access to Twitter in Turkey.
Upon the appeal of Public Prosecutor of Suruç district, in Urfa province near Turkey-Syria border, Suruç Criminal Court of Peace decided that images of explosion on websites and social media should be removed and if not, those websites and social media platforms would be blocked.
After Turkey's Union of Internet Providers informed the parts including YouTube and Facebook about the court decision, some websites removed their contents while acess to twitter was blocked.
According to the news of CNNTürk, Twitter's attorney came to Ankara after the access block and the ban has been removed after a while. (EA/BD)
