TAF: 31 Soldiers Have Lost Their Lives in Afrin Operation to Date

The Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) has announced that 31 soldiers have been killed, 143 others wounded to date in the Operation Olive Branch launched by the TAF and Free Syrian Army (FSA) into Afrin, northern Syria.
In the press information note involving the days from February 3 to February 11, it was stated one of the wounded is in critical condition.
"The offensive dubbed 'Operation Olive Branch' was launched on January 20. On January 23, infantry noncommissioned officer Musa Özalkan had lost his life. In the last three days (February 9-11), 12 soldiers lost their lives". (BK/TK)
