Release Decision for HDP’s Altınörs
HDP former Deputy Co-Chair Altınörs’ attorneys’ application for release has been accepted.

The court has ordered release for former Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Party Assembly member Alp Altınörs.
According to a report by Etkin News Agency, Bitlis 2nd Heavy Penal Court ordered release of all imprisoned defendants along with Altınörs.
Altınörs was arrested on September 15, 2016 regarding his attendance in the funeral of HDP Tokat provincial administrator Zakir Karabulut, who lost his life in October 10 Ankara massacre.
Altınörs was former HDP Deputy Co-Chair when he was arrested. He was then elected member to Party Assembly at the HDP Extraordinary Session. (BK/TK)
