Rocket attacks occurring almost daily have been brought to parliament. 21 people lost their lives in the rocket attacks on Kilis.
People’s Republican Party (CHP) İstanbul MP, Sezgin Tanrıkulu in his summary of proceedings asked whether the allegation that the Kilis Mayor distributes “dhikrmatic”* to people.
The information that 21 people eight of whom were Syrians were killed, over 70 others wounded in the rocket attacks launched by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS)-held territory in Syria has been included in the summary.
“Kilis Mayor Hasan Kara distributed dhikrmatic to people of Kilis who refrain from going outside their houses because of the rockets. Kilis Governor had said ‘They could fall on us too anytime. We are not going out without ablution’ as to the rocket attacks that turned Kilis into a conflict zone”.
