Iranian Students Protest at Consulate in Istanbul
Around 50 Iranian students gathered in front of their consulate in Istanbul to protest against the deaths in Iran.

Iranian students studying in Turkey gathered in front of the Iranian Consulate in Cağaloğlu, Istanbul, today (22 June) to protest against the deaths of 19 people reported from Iran.
Holding placards in English reading "Where is my vote" and "Don't Kill", the students shouted "Death to the Dictator" in Persian and English.
Many of the students covered their faces in order to avoid identification.
They alleged that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won the presidential elections on 12 June through fraud.
Holding an Iranian flag, the students lit candles and sang songs in Persian. They demanded an end to the clashes in their country. (BÇ/AG)
