Suspended Batman’s Gercüş district Co-Mayors Zeynep Oduncu and Abdülkerim Kaya have been detained.
A trustee was appointed to the municipality.
14 people were detained during an operation carried out in Gercüş.
The number of arrested Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Mayors is 57 and the number of trustees appointed to DBP-governed municipalities is 42. (NV/TK)
