Among dozens of people who were detained during simultaneous police raids in six provinces on April 15, four have been remanded in custody, Mesopotamia Agency (MA) reported.
The Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had opened an investigation into the Newroz celebrations in the Kurdish-majority province of Diyarbakır.
Sixty-six people in the provinces of Diyarbakır, Mardin, Urfa, İstanbul, Bitlis and Batman were detained. All others apart from those sent behind bars have been released.
The four people, İnanç Mutlu, Faruk Azarkan, Recep Atan and Enver Güler, are charged with "being a member of an illegal organization."
