11 people including Community Houses Co-chair Dilşat Aktaş who have been in custody for a week have been released.
Detained on February 22, seven Community Houses member and four figures from the Students' Collectives were taken to Ankara Courthouse yesterday (February 28) for deposition.
The 11 figures were released following the deposition.
Many Republican People's Party (CHP) and Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) MPs as well as representatives from various political parties, unions and NGOs were in the courthouse to support the Community Houses members.
Detained on February 13 and arrested on February 20 in Antalya, Community Houses Central Executive Board member Kutay Merinç was released as well upon his lawyers' request. (EKN/TK)
