Bodies of three more people have been found following yesterday's (February 20) earthquake in Hatay, southern Türkiye, bringing the death toll to six.
A magnitude 6.4 earthquake hit the province at around 8 p.m., two weeks after the powerful earthquakes in Maraş. Tremors were also felt in Syria and Lebanon.
Hatay had already suffered severe damage after the February 6 earthquakes, and many damaged buildings reportedly collapsed yesterday.
Also, 294 people were injured, including 18 in critical condition, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced on Twitter. (AÖ/VK)
