CHP İstanbul MP, Sezgin Tanrıkulu has applied to the Constitutional Court (AYM) as to lifting the parliamentary immunities.
Tanrıkulu demanded stay order be issued in his application.
Tanrıkulu said his application is not an individual application but it is his right to object within the scope of Article 85 of the Constitution.
As to the individual application, Tanrıkulu said “We haven’t made it yet since the condition of victimhood is not constituted”. (YY/TK)
