A Woman Sleeping on the Roof Killed in Southeastern Turkey
Fatma Ay and her child B.Ö. (14) sleeping on the housetop in Şırnak province were opened fire. Mother died while the kid got wounded.
In Silopi district of Şırnak province, in southeastern Turkey, Fatma Ay (55) and her child B. Ö. (14) who were sleeping on the housetop were opened fire. Fatma Ay lost her life.
According to the news of Dicle News Agency, the police located in District Police Department’s Traffic Division opened fire against the mother and her child this morning at 00.30 a.m.
Fatma Ay and B.Ö. were taken to Silopi State Hospital; Ay lost her life.
B.Ö. who was hit in the shoulder was sent to a hospital in Batman province, in southeastern Turkey. (AS/BD)
