Three people including a 13-year-old died, six people wounded in Turkey’s southeasten Nusaybin district of Mardin province where a curfew has been declared again in four neighborhoods (Abdulkadirpaşa, Fırat, Dicle ve Yenişehir).
According to Yüksekova Haber (Yüksekova News), cobra-type armored vehicle opened fire in Liyan Street of Dicle Neighborhood.
Following the curfew declared in Nusaybin on December 6, 55-year-old Mehmet Emin İnan and unidentified person lost their lives. Ali Yüce (36), Zelal Çiftçi 15), Ahmet Çetinkaya (51), Rabia Taylan (49) and Cudi Teber had been wounded.
İnan's body was taken to Diyarbakır State Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Six police wounded
Radikal news website citing Ahmet Akkuş from Doğan News Agency (DHA), reports that an explosive planted in a ditch was detonated during armored vehicles of security forces in Abdülkadirpaşa Neighborhood driving by.
Six police wounded in the attack. The injured police officers taken to Nusaybin State Hospital were taken under treatment in ER.
The vehicle has become unusable.
