The prosecutor has changed; there is still no information about the trustee
Mesopotamia Agency has reported that the investigation file has been taken from its former Prosecutor Uygur Kaan Arısoy and referred to İstanbul Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor responsible for the Terror and Organized Crimes Investigation Bureau, Hasan Yılmaz.
Although the attorneys of the newspaper and attorneys from the Libertarian Lawyers Platform (ÖHP) have submitted a petition to İstanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to obtain information about the investigation, it has not yet been clear whether the newspaper has been transferred to Saving Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) or a trustee has been appointed.
