On November 15, Writers in Prison Day, poet İlhan Sami Çomak, imprisoned for over 29 years, declared, "Justice is a widespread rumor only; no one here sees the essence of it." On the same day, Ogün Samast, the murderer of Hrant Dink, the Editor-in-Chief of Agos Newspaper, was released after over 16 years of detention.
